All local, private label licenses that cover a population of 10,000 persons (this is the required minimum) by zip codes costs:

• $1,000 (1 time setup)
• $100/mo in support.

If you want to cover a larger market than 10,000 persons by zip code population, the setup cost will be 10% of the population of the zip code(s).

What if I don't care about zip code assignments?

• We also create privately licensed verticals.
  • $2,500 minimum setup
  • $250/mo support

Yes, so long as the following is true:

• No one else has already secured the zip code(s) that you want
• The desired zip code(s) are physically "touching" one of your existing zip codes.

You will earn between 40% of website setup fees AND casual, recurring fees for each sale.

2nd Level Sales

When you refer another person to this private label program, you will earn 10% of all of their retail sales.

• 10% of setups
• 10% or recurring fees

IT IS VITAL THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THIS!

We do not pay direct commissions for others that you refer to this private label program.

Example:

You refer someone to this program and they purchase a license that costs $5,000 in setup

• You will NOT get a commission on this sale.

They are paying (like you) $100/mo in support.

• You will NOT get a commission on this sale.

However, via their local, private label license they make a $5,000 sale.

• They will earn 40%.  ($5,000 X 40% = $2,000)
• You will earn 10%. ($5,000 X 10% = $500)

Their $5,000 sale subscribes to a program that costs $500/mo.

• They will earn 40%.  ($500 X 40% = $200)
• You will earn 10%. ($500 X 10% = $50)

We mail commissions checks the first week of each month for the previous month's commissions earned.

You get paid once each month.

Keep in mind that you may have referrals that result in commissions every day of the month.  We write checks only monthly.

For example:

If you earned $2,500 in commissions from sales the month of June, your check for $2,500 will be mailed the first week of July for your commissions from sales in June (the previous month).

No.  You are NOT an employee. 

You work for yourself.  You are considered a private contractor or private, commission only sales person.

No. We will not fire you.

You are NOT an employee.  You may transfer your business to someone else, or you may quit, but you won't be fired.

You are responsible for all of your own income taxes, both federal and state if your state has an income tax.

You are NOT an employee of our company.  You are a private contractor or private, commission only sales person.

We will be reporting the income that you receive from us.

Our system will track your income and direct expenses (fees that you pay us) and you can easily generate a report for your taxes.

• Keep up with your tax liabilities!  It is your responsibility.

That depends upon your state's laws, so you will need to check with your state's department of revenue to get that question answered.

You will continue to earn income for as long as:

• your referrals continue to purchase services from us
• and you keep your program fees paid

In the event that your program fee payment fails and you have a positive balance from your referrals' sales, your program fee costs will be deducted from your commissions and then you will receive the balance that remains.

We are eliminating every negative incentive that we possibly can!

YES.

You may sell your license or give it to someone else.  The sale price may not exceed 3 times what you have paid in fees to Best Way Websites and other vendors as it was directly related to marketing your license (advertising expenses, for example) and may not exceed 3 times your total earnings in commissions you received from Best Way Websites.

If You Want to Transfer Your License

• Your total expenses X 3
• Plus your total earnings X 3
• Equals the MAXIMUM price for which you may sell your license to another party or company

Selling for less or gifting is fine.  3X is the MAXIMUM price allowed.

Verification Documents Required

You will need to provide verification to Best Way Websites to support your sale price, and must receive approval from Best Way Websites before proceeding with a sale.

If you are GIFTING the license, we do not require proof of expenses.

We will require documents (receipts) that support your claim.

You start by registering with our program, - the same way a business owner would register to use our website services.

• There is NEVER a cost to register.
• Anyone may register and use our program free.
  • A payment must be made before a website can be published to a domain name.
